Donna Gardner

Donna Gardner, CMA(AAMA), AHI(RMA) BS, MPA​ is a healthcare professional with over 25 years of experience leading and optimizing daily operations in academic and clinical settings – and deeply invested in the training of tomorrow's Medical Assistants.

As the owner and lead consultant at Gardner Credentials, LLC, Donna assists publishers in designing training materials, developing project documentation, and delivering tailored instruction that enhances team performance and patient outcomes. Previously, Donna directed the Medical Assisting Program at Saint Luke’s College of Nursing and Health Sciences at Rockhurst University (Kansas City, MO) where she assisted in developing and launching that very Medical Assisting Associate Degree Program. In addition, Donna managed budgets, conducted quality audits, and drove continuous improvement initiatives. Donna has also served as Program Head for a Medical Assisting Program in the North Carolina Community College system.

Holding current certifications as a Medical Assistant, CPR/BLS provider, and Allied Health Instructor, Donna leverages strong communication skills and data-driven insights to advance organizational objectives and enrich student and staff success.
