
Cynthia Boles, MBA, MT, CMA (AAMA), CPT, and Ed.D. candidate. Cynthia is an Assistant Professor of Instruction in the Department of Interdisciplinary Health Studies at Ohio University (Athens, OH) with over 25 years of experience as a medical assisting program director and allied health educator. She is also actively involved in the Fairfield County Workforce Center where she teaches high school and adult learners phlebotomy and participates in the Healthcare Heroes summer school program for middle school students. Cynthia’s healthcare career began at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center where she provided clinical support as an ICU laboratory technician and pathology assistant.
