July 1, 2026 – Kendall Hunt® Publishing Company is pleased to announce the acquisition of AME Learning, the only North American academic publisher dedicated exclusively to accounting education. The acquisition strengthens Kendall Hunt's postsecondary portfolio and accelerates the reach of AME Learning's award-winning, patented accounting curriculum to institutions across the United States and Canada.
Founded in 1997 and headquartered in Toronto, Canada, AME Learning has built a reputation as a pioneer in evidence-based accounting instruction.
