
Tiffany Heath, LPN, CMA (AAMA), AHI (AMT), CS, is an esteemed healthcare educator, nurse, and Medical Assistant with over 27 years of experience in clinical and educational roles. As a lead instructor at the National Institute for Medical Assistant Advancement (NIMAA). Tiffany has significantly contributed to the training and development of future Medical Assistants. Her dedication to healthcare education is evident from her prior roles at Porter and Chester Institute (Chicopee, MA), where she served as a Curriculum Developer, Educational Supervisor, and Instructor for the Administrative Health Specialist and Medical Assisting programs for over a decade. In addition to her teaching roles, Tiffany is a Certified CPR Training Center Faculty member, responsible for training CPR instructors ensuring high standards in life-saving education. Her practical experience spans various medical settings, including trauma urgent care and primary care, as well as roles as a traveling nurse and Medical Assistant with Quality Patient Centered Services. Tiffany continues to actively work in the field by assisting in pre-deployment physicals for various military branches. Her expertise extends to include examination proctoring for the American Association of Medical Assistants, American Medical Technologists, and the National Healthcare Association. Tiffany's expertise is recognized in the publishing industry, where she has co-authored, developed, and reviewed chapter materials for major educational publications in Medical Assisting textbooks. She holds an Associate's Degree in Medical Assisting and a certificate in Medical Records Management and Billing and Coding from Springfield Technical Community College (Springfield, MA). She further advanced her education by obtaining her nursing license and has been a traveling nurse for the past five years.
